"My philosophy and methods have been developed over time, drawing on my own experiences and training. I am student of diverse teachers and groups, my journey has been, and continues to be intuitively guided. My shear desire and determination to 'live a better life' lead me on the journey I now walk and teach.

My journey began in 2002 and since then I have learnt to change my life around in every way and my future prospects get greater and greater each day. My message is "If I can step out of my comfort zone to change my life, you can too". All you need is to be willing and open to new ideas and throw a little bit of courage in there for good measure. We are all more powerful than we can ever imagine. Helping to unlock the power in you is my deepest desire.
