Hi,

Welcome You Can Love Your Life. I trust that you will find what it is that you are looking for; it is an absolute pleasure to share all I have learnt in life to help make your future blissful. They say there are some things that you have to learn yourself, and other things you can learn from those around you. I am one of those ‘around you’ so with my wisdom and knowledge I aim to save you time!

My philosophy and methods have been developed over time, drawing on my own experiences and training. I am student of diverse teachers and groups, my journey has been, and continues to be intuitively guided. My shear desire and determination to ‘live a better life’ lead me on the journey I now walk and teach. My journey began in 2002 and since then I have learnt to change my life around in every way and my future prospects get greater and greater each day. My message is “If I can step out of my comfort zone to change my life, you can too” All you need is to be willing and open to new ideas and throw a little bit of courage in there for good measure. We are all more powerful than we can ever imagine. Helping to unlock the power in you is my deepest desire. My teachings come through with a strong and clear message to help you recognise the beauty, power and strength you have inside of you. Pro-activity and commitment is key when it comes to activating and anchoring change. If you expect someone else to do all the work for you, change will not be a smooth transition. That is if change happens at all. It is time to take more control of your life, take responsibility, stand tall and claim all that your heart desires. Remember, “What you put in, you get out” and there is no time like the presence.

I love seeing people empowered! It is our Divine right to live a life full of love, passion, abundance, peace and joy. I am not asking you to believe everything I say. Some things you may agree with some things not. All I ask is that you are open to learning.

I have run workshops, relaxation and meditation classes for over 8 years and my intuition and empathic abilities help me greatly with my healing/coaching/teaching work.
I studied under a Native American Shaman for over a year (boy, oh boy!! – that was a journey and a half!) and I have also taken part in various spiritual developmental groups. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and attuned to Seichem level 1. Reiki in itself is an enlightening journey and offers so much enrichment for the soul. After I became a Licensed teacher of Louise Hay’s powerful healing and teaching philosophies, I was able to see where past patterns formed, forgive a whole host of people and move forward lighter and more aware than ever before.

As well as training in many different techniques, I have self taught with books which include: The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, Teachings of Abraham by Esther & Jerry Hicks, The Journey by Brandon Bay, The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin, Love Yourself, Heal Your Life by Louise Hay and many more. Many people are now recognizing the concept of the 'law of attraction' and how we create the life we desire through our thoughts and feelings. This is an area for which I have great passion. Most importantly I have proved to myself that it works and watched many others grow too from this teaching too.

I share a lot of my philosophies on my radio show “Good Vibrations’ and love nothing more than inspiring positive change. It is tricky to define how I work, as all my sessions are personal to the individual and very different in nature. The reviews will help to build a better picture. Please feel free to browse through them at your leisure.
