Two Day Workshop is based on Louise Hay's best selling book ‘You Can Heal Your Life ®’

The Love Yourself, Heal Your Life® Two Day Workshop, is a very powerful two day workshop based on the work of Louise L Hay. It gives participants an intensive format to learn the basic points of Louise’s philosophy, to develop awareness of negative beliefs and emotions, to love themselves more fully, and practice the techniques for changing their lives.

Many of the exercises in the workshop are also used in the 10 week group. However, the two day format allows participants to move through a lot of material in a short time. People can gain a lot from taking both the workshop and the group, in any order.
